Lots of focus on sustainability, such as amenities, minimum plastic, informative and fun messages in the bathroom and the rooms about electricity/water saving. Lots of improvement on staff performance, at reception, restaurant and housekeeping. All our requests have been arranged ahead of time, with seamless check in, and extra hour upon departure was much appreciated.

The shower, excellent being hot when I wanted and freezing cold when I wanted to wake me up too! No horrid cleaning product smells in the room! Bed was so comfy and linen lovely too. Made a short business trip so much better!!
